Welcome to CARE-Ready Coaching ®.
We call it is CARE-Ready because it's an approach to Coaching that's built on Compassion, Authenticity, Respect and Empathy. We combine Coaching, Consulting, Mentoring and Biblical Counsel that's supported with God-centered principles, emotional intelligence and intellectual humility.
Coaching is about asking the questions that you alone must consider and answer.
Consulting is about giving you evidence-based expertise and strategies for reaching your goals.
Mentoring is about sharing advice and life experience that can benefit you.
Biblical Counsel is a form of Christian discipleship that embraces God's Word to address personal struggles and promote spiritual growth. This approach emphasizes applying biblical truth to specific situations, encouraging repentance, and fostering maturity in Christ.
